Operations Assistant

Supports purchasing, scheduling, inventory, administrative tasks, deliveries, and operational systems under the direction of the Operations Manager.
Studio Cleaner
Maintains the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of Joshua Warner Studios' workspaces. The Studio Cleaner helps ensure the shop, paint studio, offices, break areas, and storage spaces remain safe, functional, and welcoming for staff, clients, and visitors.

Senior Drafter

Leads the drafting effort for assigned projects and serves as a technical resource for the design and fabrication teams. Responsible for developing drawing packages, resolving drafting challenges, and ensuring documentation supports efficient fabrication and installation.
Associate Designer

Shop Foreman

Leads the fabrication department. Responsible for fabrication quality, workflow, shop safety, task delegation, crew leadership, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
Paint Charge

Leads the paint department. Responsible for paint quality, paint schedules, crew leadership, paint inventory, samples, and finish execution.
Carpenter
Performs fabrication, assembly, installation, and shop tasks under the direction of project leadership. Expected to produce quality work safely and efficiently while continuing to develop technical skills.
Senior Painter
Experienced scenic painter capable of executing advanced finishes, leading paint teams when assigned, mentoring painters, and maintaining high-quality scenic finishes.
Painter
Executes scenic paint treatments, surface preparation, finishing work, and shop paint tasks under the direction of the Paint Charge or Senior Painter.
Production Assistant
The Production Assistant provides hands-on support to fabrication, paint, installation, and event operations. This role assists with labor-intensive tasks, material handling, shop organization, and project execution while developing technical skills across multiple areas of production.
