getting to the studio
By Public Transit:
Take the F Train Uptown to Parson Blvd (after Sutphin Blvd). From there, you can either walk 15 minutes to the studio or take the Q110 Bus to Jamaica Ave & 184th Place. It drops you right out front.
By Car:
From New York City: Take the Midtown Tunnel to 495 East. Take exit onto Van Wyck Expressway South. Take exit to Jamaica Ave and follow that until you reach 184-10 Jamaica Ave.
Parking: I’ve had success with street parking on the side streets to the north. You can also park on Jamaica Ave. Take special note for the alternate side parking / street cleaning signs!!
The closest paid parking lot is 183-3 Hillside Ave (10 minute walk).

When you arrive:
If you arrive Monday-Friday 9a-5pm, the front door will be unlocked. If you arrive after hours, please call Josh (516-668-0602) to come down to get you.
Enter the lobby and sign in to the iPad (on your left) as a visitor and take the elevator to the fourth floor. Give us a call when you are here (516-668-0602) and someone will come get you to bring you to the studio.

To the right of the 184-10 Jamaica Ave entrance is a gate that leads to the loading dock.
Deliveries can be dropped to our mailroom M-F 9-5. There is no staff to accept packages after hours.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR LOADING DOCK IS BEING RENOVATED THROUGH THE NEW YEAR. PLEASE USE ALTERNATE DOCKS LISTED BELOW.
Alternate Loading Docks:
If the delivery is during normal business hours, please use the COURTYARD ALTERNATE DOCK.
If the delivery is after hours or on the weekend, please use the JAMAICA AVENUE DOCKS.
Courtyard Alternate Dock
Continue into the loading driveway as you would to the standard loading dock. Make a sharp left and you will see a small loading dock. There is an attendant on call M-F from 9a-5p with lunch 12:30p-1:30p. It’s the most accessible to our studio.
Jamaica Avenue Docks
Continue EAST past the 184-10 entrance on Jamaica Avenue. On your right will be 3 sets of large roll up doors. These doors lead to 6 docks. These are large loading docks with great freight elevators. It is accessible 24/7 but takes about 10 minutes through the building to get to from our studio.
