New Employee Onboarding

Checklist

  • Complete the New Employee Intake Form.

  • Complete the JWS Employee I-9 Submittal Form.

  • Within 48 hours of submitting the New Employee Intake Form, you will receive an invite to create a Quickbooks WorkForce account. This account will set up your payment method and will house your documentation. You can not be paid until this account has been created through our link.

  • We create a calendar invite for all calls. Please ensure you’ve accepted the call and have looked over the information in the notes section of the invite.

  • Submit your timesheet after your work shift at our Timesheet Submittal link. You can find the pay schedule for when you will be paid there too.

  • Previous payment history and documentation can be found within your Quickbooks account. Tax information will be sent to the address(es) there. Please be sure to keep an updated address.
